Thai Sunshine Development is foreign managed by Danish national Kristian Olsen, who is the General Manager. His nick name is Kris.
Kris has lived and worked in Thailand since 1998 and hence he has an extensive experience in Thai real estate.
Since 2006 Kris has lived and worked in the Khanom area so he will be able providing you with the best deal!
The Managing director is Thai national Kanidtha Olsen. Her nick name is Nah.Nah has many years of experience as an accountant and tax auditor at the Thai Revenue Department in Bangkok. She takes care of the company’s accounting and tax reports. She is also a very important negotiator with Thai government agencies to secure a hassle free real estate environment.
